Manage behaviour levels

Here admin staff can set the level as which the case should be reported according to the hierarchy of the schools disciplinary committee.

Behavioural Level managers

Behavioural level managers are staff in charge of managing disciplinary action in the school. according to laid down rules and policies in the school.

Here the levels range from two to four depending on how severe the case may be. Once a sanction is reported not done, it is immediately taken to a level two manager to resolve.
If the level two manager cant resolve it and the sanction is not done again by the student it will then move to the level three manager.
Similarly if the level three manager cant resolve it and the sanction is not done again by the student it will then move to the final manager the level four manager to handle it.

To setup level managers, follow the steps below;

1. Go to Behaviour Tracker

2. Select Manage behaviour levels

A new page will open

Select the school (if your school has different arms like Eyfs, Junior school or High school).

Click on assign level button

A new window will pop up

Here select

• The level
• The manager you want to assign to that level
• Then click on save.

Repeat the process for assigning other level managers
