This link is used to create emails template and send out email/SMS message to parents that are owing fees in the school using the system.
VIEW DEBTORS LIST TABLE:
This table shows the list of parents owing the school and the amount and the memo setup for creating emails/ SMS messages.
SET EMAIL MEMO:
This tab allows admin/accountant to do email memo setup, following the given instruction
Select parent by clicking on the small box
then click on email memo to dispatch email to parent
SET SMS MEMO:
This tab allows admin/accountant to do SMS memo setup, following the given instruction
Select parent by clicking on the small box
then click on SMS memo to dispatch message to parent
MEMO SETUP:
This tab allows admin to create a content of the email or SMS to be sent out to parent using the placeholder name and amount
the system will automatically replace it with the parent name and amount when sending it.
