here admin staff can promote student within different schools, if your school has different arms like eyfs, junior school or high school and students are being promoted from one school if they are in the highest class that school (say year 6 of junior school) to the next school lowest class (say year 7 of high school). to do that we will take you through the steps.
click on Students
click on Inter School Transfer
a new page will open
here will select the school with the student or students are currently in
select the year group they are in then
select the school they to be transferred to
once that is done you will see a list of students with their name, and their current level
to transfer them to any year group and class in the next school simply select the year group and class
once you are done click on "transfer"
