Admin enables assignment operation privileges like publishing and assignment submission from this area.
Assignments are created and managed by subject teachers and made available for students to download, attempt the assignment and submit (upload) the assignments within a set timeline (deadline set by teacher). Only Admins have the privilege to manage this setup area.
How to setup Assignment
To setup assignment follow these steps;

Go to Assignment/Learning Focus module

Click on Assignment Setup

Select school category from drop-down list

Turn on Toggle Automatic Publish and Enable Assignment Submission After Deadline button if desired

Click on Save Settings button to complete
